ERSUC's mission is to provide excellent service in waste management operations within its area of expertise, based on the pillars of economic, environmental, and social sustainability.
RDF Production

MBT plants produce a significant amount of waste that cannot be recycled but has potential for energy recovery. Its calorific potential allows it to be used in certain industrial sectors, successfully replacing part of the fossil fuels used there.

Thus, RDF preparation plants are key to transforming waste with calorific potential into fuels tailored to the procedural and energy needs of industry, while complying with the technical specifications required for their incorporation into production processes.

These plants promote the grinding of waste into coarse and fine fractions, depending on market needs, and allow for the separation of metal contaminants and the separation of heavy and light fractions. In this way, fuels of different particle sizes and technical specifications can be produced, maximising the possibilities for incorporation into different production processes and, consequently, the quantities recovered.

Through energy recovery, the use of fossil fuels in industry is reduced, with the corresponding environmental gains associated with the use of fuels with a strong biogenic component.
