ERSUC has a new image, embodying a new group strategy.
Change in the shareholding structure, resulting from the entry of private capital into the management entities of the Multimunicipal Systems, under the terms of Decree-Law No. 92/2014, of June 25;
Amendment to Decree-Law No. 166/96, as enacted by Decree-Law No. 102/2014 of July 2, altering, among other matters, the concession period until December 31, 2034;
Operational start-up of the new Mechanical and Biological Treatment Units for municipal solid waste in Aveiro and Coimbra, as well as the new sorting stations;
The addendum to the concession contract has been signed, extending the concession period until December 31, 2030;
Operational start-up of the sanitary landfills in Aveiro, Coimbra and Figueira da Foz, as well as the sorting stations located in Aveiro and Coimbra;
Celebration of the concession contract between the State and ERSUC on March 14, 1997, and signing of the contracts for the delivery and receipt of waste and selective collection between the 36 municipalities of the Multimunicipal System and ERSUC.
Publication of Decree-Law No. 166/96 of September 5th, which created the Multimunicipal System of the Central Coast, with its management and operation being assigned to ERSUC – Solid Waste of the Central Region;
Establishment of the Coimbra Urban Solid Waste Company;
