ERSUC is licensed to receive Municipal Waste (MW) and similar waste, as defined in the European List of Waste, Family 20, published by Decision 2014/955/EU.

Other waste may be accepted, provided it complies with the requirements set out in Decree-Law No. 183/2009 of 10 August. See Documentation for ERSUC's licences, the current price list and the waste accepted by ERSUC by municipality/facility.

There is no charge for the delivery of recyclable, biodegradable and green waste.
